Where do you deliver?
Almost worldwide. You can find our destinations by validating your cart.
Who pays customs duties?
We ship from France, so if you are not delivered within the European Union, you may have customs duties to pay. On our US website here, deliveries are sent from our warehouse in San Diego, so there are no customs duties for deliveries within the United States.
What delivery methods do you offer?
In France, you can be delivered to a Relais Point or via Colissimo.
For other countries, you have the Relais, Standard, or Express options depending on the delivery methods available at the time of your purchase.
How can I find out the estimated delivery date?
To find out the estimated delivery date of your order, please use your "Tracking Number" that was sent to you by email when your order was confirmed for shipping.
If your Tracking Number does not work, please contact us at info@thedc.fr
Can I return my order?
We accept exchanges of unopened products within 14 days of receiving your package. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us at info@thedc.fr and we will be happy to assist you. Please also note that we do not accept exchanges or returns of individual samples or discovery kits.
Do you offer free delivery in France?
Yes, from 100 € of order (except for samples) we deliver free of charge to a relay point
Do you offer free delivery outside of France?
We offer free delivery to over 190 countries for all orders over €100, either standard or to a pick-up point depending on the country. We choose the most suitable delivery method for your order. Individual samples are not eligible for free delivery, and their purchase amount is not included in the minimum order calculation.

What payment methods are available?
You can pay with Paypal, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
With Klarna you can pay in 3 interest-free installments. The amount of each monthly payment is indicated on each product page.
Loyalty program
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, we offer our customers a loyalty program. For each purchase or action, you earn points that you can use to obtain benefits and discounts.
How does your loyalty program work?
You can earn points by making purchases on our site, as well as by creating an account, following us on Instagram or Facebook, and many other ways.
Once you've accumulated enough points, you'll receive discounts of up to 30% on your purchases or free shipping.

You can purchase on our website or from our authorized resellers. You will sometimes see our products offered with significant discounts; these products may be counterfeit.
